Dan specializes in residential and investment real estate and has educated himself in the area of 1031 tax deferred exchanges of investment properties.

Coming from a mortgage background, Dan has over 17 years experience in the real estate industry, and has been a local resident for over 20 years. This affords him a great understanding of the mortgage and real estate markets, the community, and the South Puget Sound region.

As a graduate of St. Martin’s College, Dan shows his support to the community and the institution by serving on the St. Martin’s University Board of Trustees. He is also a board member of the St. Martin’s Alumni Association’s board of directors, serving since 1998, and a board member of the Capital Food & Wine Festival for many years, serving as the festival director since 2004. (The Capital Food & Wine Festival has raised over $500,000 in scholarship funds.)

A husband, and father of two (Danielle 12, and Devin 10), Dan, together with his wife Jodi, loves to spend quality time with his family.

Coaching little league baseball, riding dirt bikes with the kids, playing rugby, working around their property, and quiet evenings with Jodi are Dan’s favorite pastimes.
