Tammy
Tammy is the 3rd generation here at Virgil Adams
real estate, following in Virgil and Dennis's
footsteps. Before returning to Olympia she was a
REALTOR R in California selling and specializing
in bank owned homes and short sales. She is
another Washington native born and raised here
in Olympia where she graduated from Olympia High
School and Central Washington University with
her bachelor's in Marketing and Purchasing.
Tammy has been an active member of her community
belonging to Rotary, Chamber of Commerce and
local realtor board. In her spare time she
enjoys being with her family, snowboarding,
wakeboarding, rowing, riding horses and being
outside. When time allows you may find her
visiting her sister and brother in-law in
Montana enjoying his family ranch. Real estate
is not just a family tradition it is a passion.

Carla
Before moving to Olympia in 1990, I was born and
raised in Manhattan Beach, California. I am a
graduate of California State University at Long
Beach where I earned my Bachelors in Business
with an emphasis in Marketing. California was a
great place to grow up but being very much an
outdoor kind of girl, big city life was wearing
on me. So, Olympia was my next stop and I loved
it so much, I chose to stay. In 1991, I received
my real estate license and started selling real
estate in Olympia. Now closing in o n twenty
years later, I still find myself loving both
Olympia and real estate. I have always been
comfortable with listing and selling residential
homes and residential vacant land throughout
Thurston County, Lewis County and parts of Mason
County. My free time is spent spending much
beloved time with my son, Jared, who was born in
1999. We like to swim, bike, go camping and
trips to the beach where we take long walks with
our Golden Retriever, Maggie. I've also recently
introduced Jared to another passion of mine
since moving to the Pacific Northwest, white
water rafting. What a great way to see our
beautiful state and the surrounding region. I
have ten different rivers under my belt in
Washington, Oregon, Idaho and Canada. In
closing, I look forward to working with you on a
successful and satisfying real estate

Your local Realtor and lifetime resident of Olympia,
Joan is a graduate of Olympia High School. She
majored in Business administration at Pacific
Lutheran University and has a Graduate
Realtor Institute (GRI) designation from
the Washington Association of Realtors. Joan retired
from state government in 1999, where she served in
several management positions prior to joining
Virgil Adams Real Estate. She lives in Olympia

I am a native Washingtonian and grew up in the
Olympia area. I love this city and all that the
great Northwest has to offer! Prior to real estate, I earned my
Bachelor's degree from Central Washington University.
I've been a Realtor since 1998 and I dedicate
